A standard mascot costume takes 15–30 days. Complex, highly detailed projects can take up to 45 days. The exact timeline is confirmed once the design is approved.

We ship worldwide. Delivery is handled by international carriers; timing and cost depend on the destination.

Production starts after an advance payment; the balance is paid once the costume is finished. Payment methods are agreed individually. We do not accept payments directly through the website.

Absolutely. Send a sketch, a photo or even a hand drawing — our designers will turn it into a production-ready design and send it for your approval.

A sturdy lightweight frame, high-density foam, EVA materials, quality faux fur and professional paints. All materials are skin-safe.

Yes. We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects. The term and conditions are recorded in the order agreement.

Yes. We send photo and video reports from each production stage via Telegram, and provide a tracking number once the costume ships.
